We don’t have all the expensive overhead the
national, high priced corporate multi-inspector
home inspector firms have to maintain, so we pass the savings

This year I am celebrating over 10 years and
more than 3,000
home and commercial property inspections performed as if the house were going
to be my own home, as well as performing
numerous inspections on one and 2-story
commercial office and professional buildings all
over the greater Atlanta Georgia area and suburbs.
Property
Inspections are my sole, full time job. I do not
do repairs, renovations or sell real estate.
To become a Full Member of the American Society
of Home Inspectors I had to take many courses,
pass the all day National Home Inspectors Exam
and have performed more than 250 inspections in
accordance with the ASHI® Standards of Practice.
Additionally, ASHI requires a minimum of 20
hours of Continuing Education credits each year.
I have been a full Member of ASHI, in good standing
continuously for many years.
Today, real estate agents, Realtors® and home builders are universally
requiring ASHI Full Membership as their primary
inspector qualification. Check out the national

solid, thorough home inspection.
I also attend ASHI Georgia monthly educational
meetings and keep up with modern building
practices and products through industry
publications such as The Journal of Light
Construction.

perform commercial building inspections. This
required a 40-hour, week-long course

and roofing not normally found in residential
buildings.
I keep myself up-to-date with the latest
Georgia
Building codes and by maintaining the International
Residential Code manual with each year’s
up-dates.
Our
300+ point inspection sets the Standard for
a detailed and thorough inspection and usually
takes from 2 to 3 hours, plus or minus,
depending on the size of the house. I like to
take my time to do the job right the first time.
At the completion of the inspection we go over
all the issues with you to be sure you have the
confidence to make the right decision.
We deliver an easy to read, computerized,
commentary-type, “to-the-point” report which is
written in layman’s language, including digital
color photos, via email or fax, usually on the
same day. It lists the Key findings by Action
Items and Maintenance Items.
